Thalwei Abstract LLC offers a transactional text messaging program that sends customer care messages to clients and parties involved in a title or settlement transaction who have opted in. Messages include file status updates, document requests, appointment and closing confirmations, and two-way replies to your questions about your transaction.

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number when opening a title order with us (via our online order form, in writing, or verbally by phone) and agreeing to receive transaction-related text messages, or by texting START to (845) 671-5728.

Message frequency varies depending on your transaction activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Thalwei Abstract does not charge for the program itself.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message. To rejoin, text START again or provide consent on a new order.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page. This program is intended for parties to transactions with Thalwei Abstract LLC and is not a marketing subscription service.
