What it is
The Seller's Residency Certification / Exemption (GIT/REP-3) is one of the two New Jersey residency forms the deed package attaches; the other is the GIT/REP-1. A company seller does not change forms: box 5 is ticked on the GIT/REP-3. The package will not go out with no box ticked.
